The famous Wrought Iron Sign |
The
Three Swans Hotel
The Three Swans Hotel is a 16th century coach house situated in the High Street. At one time called The Swan, and later The Swannies, it features a stuccoed façade with an impressive 18th century wrought iron sign on it's frontage. One of the former publicans of the Three Swans was the eccentric restaurateur and writer of cook books, John Fothergill. |
